My journey in gastronomy began in my hometown, Rome. It was there, in the historic city center, where I first understood cooking as an act of respect for tradition. My professional foundation was built at the Ducati Caffè Restaurant alongside Chef Francesco Francavilla, whose expertise later led him to establish Vetro as the best Italian restaurant in Mumbai. Under his guidance, I mastered the precision and rigor that I apply to every dish today.
With this heritage, I decided to bring my passion to Mallorca. On the island, I had the opportunity to collaborate with Andreu Genestra’s luxury catering team—a pivotal chapter where I fell in love with Balearic produce and learned to treat it with the delicacy that high-end island cuisine demands.

Since founding Tocco di Gusto in 2018, I have dedicated myself exclusively to high-end private dining. Over the years, I have had the privilege of serving prominent figures from the public, business, and cultural spheres who seek, above all, privacy and excellence. These experiences have defined my work ethic: true luxury requires no affectation; it resides in absolute discretion and a service that is present yet unobtrusive.
My culinary philosophy reflects this journey: honest cuisine, completely free of alcohol and pork. I view this not as a restriction, but as a return to the essence—allowing the authentic, vibrant flavors of the Mediterranean to remain the sole protagonist at the table, in their purest state.
